Terms you will meet across the product catalog.

  • Main balance — the single wallet balance per member; every product is funded from it and pays back into it.
  • Holding — funds set aside inside a product (e.g. a saving goal), still owned by the member but not spendable until released.
  • Top-up — adding money to the wallet from an external source.
  • Withdrawal / disbursement — moving money from the wallet out to a bank account.
  • Organization — a partner entity on the platform; members belong to one or more organizations.
  • Member — an end-user who holds a wallet and uses the products.
  • Org admin — a partner-side administrator who manages members and products on behalf of an organization.
  • QRIS — Indonesia’s national QR payment standard, for money in and out.
  • Virtual account (VA) — a per-transaction bank account number used to receive a top-up.
  • Settlement — confirmation that money has actually moved, usually via an asynchronous callback.
  • Akad — the Islamic contract underlying a product.
  • Riba — interest; prohibited.
  • Murabaha — cost-plus sale used for financing.
  • Mudarabah — profit-sharing partnership.
  • Wadiah — safe-keeping contract.
  • Takaful — mutual protection based on donation (tabarru’).
  • Zakat — obligatory alms.
  • Wakaf — endowment.
  • Sedekah — voluntary charity.
  • Arisan — rotating savings group (saving circle).
  • Transaction PIN — a 6-digit PIN a member sets to authorize money-out.
  • Step-up — an extra verification required at the moment of a sensitive action.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) — a second login factor beyond the password.
  • KYC — Know Your Customer; identity verification.
